In a field such as the food industry, each customer has different needs, which is why over the years we have equipped ourselves with a cutting-edge technical department to design machines for the food industry of any kind and intended for any type of use.
We design tailor-made solutions for the customer and we do it collaborating with them from start to finish in order to respond with precision and punctuality to advanced requests. Here are some food machinery that we manifacture starting from listening to the technical and functional needs of our customers.
At Vimek we stand out for the ability to provide both artisan and industrial lamination systems, therefore the machines for the food industry that make up the lines are made respecting the characteristics required by the customer, with a view to tailor-made design. Over the years, we have specialized in the construction of entire lamination lines, assembling and testing all the machinery at our headquarters to ensure quality and reliability. Through the use of software developed by us, we ensure that the entire line can be parameterized and that the machines communicate with each other, all of which can be coordinated by means of a simple and intuitive touch-screen placed on the main panel or near the main points of the line.
Among the various machinery for the food industry, we also design lifters and tippers tailored to the customer's needs. The lifters for the food industry are made of ferrous materials or stainless steel, to allow flexible and efficient handling of the product and ensure a low level of wear over time.
To automate the handling phases of trolleys and trays, we offer two solutions: a horizontal transport system on trolleys, which are hooked from the bottom or from the top, and a "buffer" system - vertical tray warehouses - which allow spaces in height. In both cases, the systems help to reduce fixed labor costs and to regularize the timing of thermal processes, the first trolley / tray / pill board to enter is the first to exit.
Our food depanners are used to handle all types of baked goods in trays of any shape. Since all depanners are designed starting from the costumer’s needs, the picking can be done either through needles or suction cups.
The needle system lifts the product from the trays by inserting the needles inside it, the second consists of a suction cup system. Both food machines are characterized by a sturdy stainless steel structure, equipped with a lifting-translation system and, if necessary, a rotation system using pneumatic cylinders. The management and control of the machine takes place via touch-screen.
